Envisioned as a walkable district designed for both residents and visitors, Clockworks will include hotels, conference and event space, restaurants, retail, apartments, greenspaces, entertainment venues, and a large-scale indoor and outdoor sports complex. The conceptual master plan also emphasizes adaptive reuse and historic preservation, incorporating many of the site’s original industrial buildings and architectural elements into the future development.

More than a redevelopment project, Clockworks represents a significant investment in the future of Southern Indiana — one designed to strengthen tourism, create economic opportunity, and build meaningful public spaces rooted in history, design, and community connection.
