The Heaven’s Door project involves the renovation and rehabilitation of an underutilized historic property as well as the construction of a new outbuilding on the northeast corner of the site. Intended use is for a multi-level, multi-zoned entertainment and restaurant venue with indoor and outdoor activation. The project will connect the Nulu and Downtown Louisville neighborhoods, create jobs, and offer a new dining option in the neighborhood, supporting community revitalization and serving residents, employees, and businesses in the area.

Heaven’s Door represents the 8th major project Weyland Ventures has brought to this area of Louisville, KY over the past 10 years. Past projects have been models for economic impact, creating tourism, jobs, and increased real estate values for projects within a three-block radius of these pioneering efforts.
