This 162-room, downtown Louisville hotel opened in 2014. The hotel was an $18 million joint venture of First Hospitality Group of Chicago and Weyland Ventures. Part of the Clay Commons District, the hotel adjoins to the renovated Henry Clay, and includes a courtyard, a parking garage, and 8UP – an indoor/outdoor rooftop restaurant.
