Opened in May 2011, this new parking structure offers options for Fourth Street and Palace Theater visitors, as well as residential and commercial tenants in the Clay Commons District. Weyland Ventures built on established commercial and public relationships to design and construct a garage that contains 350 parking spaces as well as space for events. Green screens on the garage enliven the facades and an urban garden is currently growing on the roof.
