An award winning architect and real estate broker, Bill is the Chief Strategy Officer of Weyland Ventures. Bill has resided in Louisville most of his life and has played a crucial role in revitalizing the downtown Louisville. His portfolio of projects include: the Louisville Slugger Museum with the world famous “bat”, the Glassworks District, the historic Henry Clay (old YWCA), Liberty Green, Guthrie Coke Lofts, Whiskey Row Lofts, ZirMed Towers, and the Edison Center. Current expansion projects are underway near St. Paul, Minnesota and Dayton, Ohio.
