Executive Assistant and Guest Experience Manager for Common Bond Hotel Collection, Jane Ferebee-Grady has over twenty years of experience in the hospitality and commercial real estate development spaces. She has pioneered innovative customer care training programs that promote a holistic approach to the workspace, empowering success for employees that ultimately improved the experience and outcomes for both the customer and the company. An alumna of the University of Louisville and Old Dominion University, Ferebee-Grady holds a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and a master’s degree in Humanities. The heart of her studies and career has always been human satisfaction. Ferebee-Grady enjoys spending time with her two sons and husband as well as painting, baking, and gardening at her Louisville home.
