Lee Weyland serves as Chief Executive Officer of Weyland Ventures, leading the company’s next chapter of multi-generational family leadership. A licensed Realtor and CCIM designee, Lee brings nearly two decades of experience in real estate development, commercial leasing, business development, operations, and urban redevelopment.
Since joining the family business in 2007 after graduating from Vanderbilt University, Lee has held leadership roles across operations, development, business development, leasing, and ownership. His experience spans mixed-use development, adaptive reuse, commercial and residential leasing, hospitality, office, retail, restaurant, event, and parking assets.
As CEO, Lee works alongside Bill Weyland, Chief Strategy Officer, Kent Weyland, Investor Relations Manager, and the company’s experienced leadership team to continue Weyland Ventures’ long-standing commitment to thoughtful redevelopment, historic preservation, and creating lasting value for investors, partners, employees, and the communities it serves.
