The Quad Apartments originally opened in July 2011. Featuring 28 – studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units this modern housing facility offers full apartment amenities to students and residents of the University of Louisville’s Health Sciences Center (medical, dental, public health and graduate nursing students and residents). Faced with demand for more units, Weyland Ventures added an additional 51 units in 2015, bringing the total to 79 units. Weyland Ventures designed the units, oversaw construction, and currently leases and manages the building with an affiliation agreement with the University of Louisville.
